Elite Skill Trainer
Now before I start getting flame, please read.
This NPC is sorta like the Skill Trainer but it act like more of an Elite Skill Tome seller but you can't sell the tomes so you have to learn the elite skill you already unlocked. Now you might think this is a waste to Signet of Capture and Skill Hunting title work so now this NPC train you with a twist, On Supply and Demand! Yes you request quote the skill and it like selling an Elite Tomes on specific profession with supply and demand. I imagine it cost a lot due to player learning skill so you might rather farm an elite tomes or skill capture for more work but more profitable.

Well, I read it. A couple times just to make sure I had it right. So... what will tomes be for now? Would be a waste of time and effort to implement something like this.

Go Go Easy ESH title. As others have said, buy a tome it's not hard and not (too) expensive.

This would be optional skill trainer just if nobody is selling Elite Tomes, just like why you buy Crafting Material from NPC if nobody is selling the cheaper version of it.

There are skill tomes already in the game. A better idea would be a skill tome trader NPC. I'm not convinced such an NPC is a good idea. I rather think it's not.

Just go cap the skill, they are not hard to cap if you know what you are doing.

better idea would be an elite tome collector. Trade in x amount of normal tomes for 1 elite tome. each collector only offers 1 type of tome. and those collectors would be scattered in hard to reach areas in explorable areas, Not in town.

Tomes that drop have to be worth something. It would be too easy to simply buy them off a trader, even if it is according to supply and demand.

It's not that hard to cap an elite or to buy an elite tome.

Well, read it, twice, and I must say, not a terrible suggestion *like Solanges insanity ideas*, but it will just ruin the point of capping elite skills *even more*. It was bad enough for ANet to introduce Elite Tomes, although they are useful at times.
This idea would just ruin the already ruined economy more and would make it nearly no effort for those who has the money and unlocked the skills already to get FOUR maxed titles. And to add on to it, capping all the elite skills is not hard, I did all three continents in 3 weeks, not trying that hard too.

I'd rather a add a better market system and then let people sell tomes using that.
Would make much more sense.

Just wait a little longer until someone sells you an Elite Tome. Creating this suggestion because you can't get the Tomes as fast as you want is just /fail. If Anet introduced half of the stuff impatient people bring up...autsj.

I don't like repeating what others said ... but yes, elite tome and skill cap exist ... and it's not difficult to cap an elite or to buy an elite tome.

It's allready to easy to do some bosses (the rit boss in the ss/lb run (forgot his name) takes allready almost no effort to kill, the only hard one's are the ele bosses cause of their uberoverpowered skills (a warrior boss with dslash hit's in one slash less than an ele boss with ... (insert elite skill))
